When that happens, fear often becomes louder than trust, self-criticism louder than self-compassion, and we find ourselves reacting to life instead of living it with intention.

This event was created to help you reconnect—with yourself first, and from that place, reconnect more deeply with Spirit.

What to Expect

Awareness to Healing 

During the first part of the event, Jurema will explore the emotional and spiritual patterns that often keep us disconnected from ourselves.

Together, you'll discover how awareness is the foundation for lasting change. By becoming more aware of your emotions, recurring thought patterns, physical responses, and inner guidance, you'll begin to understand yourself with greater compassion and clarity. From that place of awareness, healing becomes possible, creating space for transformation, inner peace, and a deeper connection with your authentic self.

Through guided group experiences and interactive exercises, you'll have the opportunity to move beyond simply learning these concepts—you'll begin experiencing them.

Spiritual Guidance 

In the second part of the event, Jurema will lead a gentle guided meditation to prepare the group for a sacred time of spiritual connection. She will then channel messages of healing, guidance, and reassurance from her Spirit Guides. A selection of questions from the audience will also be included during this portion of the event.
